Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup butter - melted
2 pcs eggs
2 cups All purpose flour, sifted
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 pc egg white, beaten
Instruction :
In a mixing bowl, blend all ingredients except the beated egg white into a soft dough. Freeze dough for 10 minutes. Pre-heat oven to 350 F. Drop 1/2 teaspoonfuls of dough, 2- inches apart on cookie sheets. If desired, use a sugar-dipped fork to partially flatten dough, brush with beaten eagg white then garnish with candy sprinkles or nuts.
Bake for 10 - 15 minutes. Remove from heat and cookie sheet. Makes more than 3 dozens and recipe is easily doubled.
